SKANKSTERS´ FIRST PROMO EP (1995) - Free Download!

Digging through the archives we found a copy of Skankster´s very first demo recording from 1995. Some of the tracks were later re-recorded and released on the «Shaven Not Stirred" CD (CCAP012000 - 2000) and "This Man EP" CDEP (CCAP023 - 2003). Other tracks are harder to come by, released on vinyl singles and cd ep´s that are out of print.

A few words about "Boot Boy": The track was written as a reaction to the neo-nazi "Boot Boys" group that was active in Norway at the time. The song is a stand against all hate-based ideologies and -isms. The intro is borrowed from Charlie Chaplins "The Great Dictator». The original version of the "Boot Boy" track with the Charlie Chaplin intro is only available on this promo recording.

Feel free to share and download the tracks. Check out the "Shaven Not Stirred" album and "This Man EP" as well as the more recent "Life Is Here Today" single on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Wimp, etc
